A residue portion remaining after obtaining carrot juice by juicing the edible part of carrot roots can be used as the carrot juicing residue. In the seasoning liquid, the amount of carrot juicing residue contained in the total mass of the liquid portion of the seasoning liquid is preferably 0.1-15 mass%. The seasoning liquid preferably further contains a tomato ingredient. Also provided is a method for improving the adherence of a seasoning liquid in which a carrot juicing residue is blended into the seasoning liquid.
