The disclosure relates to the technical field of plant metabolic biology and synthetic biology, in particular to a bioenzyme for catalyzing hydroxylation of C9 position in a taxane compound, and a nucleic acid molecule, a biological material and use thereof. The bioenzyme includes: at least one of the amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NOs: 1-14; and/or a fused amino acid sequence thereof; and/or an amino acid sequence obtained by substitution and/or deletion and/or addition of one or more amino acid residues and having the same function; and/or an amino acid sequence having at least 60% identity and having the same function. The successful analysis of the bioenzyme is beneficial to realize the total biosynthesis of paclitaxel and improve the biosynthesis yield of baccatin III, thereby solving the problem of short supply of paclitaxel.
