Fuente: WIPO "tomato" The present invention relates to a barnyard millet based fiber enriched RTE Khichdi premix comprising barnyard millet and organic yellow moong dal; a blend of organic Indian spices selected from a group comprising turmeric powder, natural salt, organic ginger powder, organic asafoetida, organic whole cumin seeds; a blend of oils selected from the group comprising organic soyabean oil, organic rice bran oil and organic black cumin seed oil; organic flax seeds; organic chia seeds; and organic fennel leaves. The present invention further discloses a process for the preparation of the said khichdi premix. The product is gluten-free, sugar free and vegan.
