The present disclosure relates to an antioxidant composition, capable of reducing and/or preventing off-notes due to fatty-acid oxidation in a beverage and/or foodstuff, comprising a hops extract and/or an extract comprising rosmarinic acid or combinations thereof. It further relates to a method of reducing and/or preventing off-notes due to fatty-acid oxidation in a beverage and/or foodstuff by using the antioxidant compositions and uses thereof.
