Further provided are an isolated polynucleotide encoding the antibody targeting the AXL protein or the antigen binding fragment thereof, and a vector comprising the isolated polynucleotide. The antibody targeting the AXL provided by the present invention can specifically bind to the AXL protein, can mediate ADCC to kill tumors, or have an anti-tumor effect as a target recognition domain of CART cells, and can be used for preventing or treating tumors, and hence it has a wide application prospect.
