The recombinant cells comprise a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), for example a CAR specifically binding to HER2, and a nucleic acid encoding a scFv specifically binding to a second tumor antigen, for example CEACAM6. Expression of the scFv is dependent on binding of the CAR to its antigen. Provided are medical uses of the cells, such as the use in the treatment of cancer.
