The present invention relates to a compound of Formula (I) or (II), wherein in Formula (I) and (II), R1 and R2 are, independently of one another, an organic radical having 2 to 24 carbon atoms, preferably 5 to 20, more preferably 5 to 15, even more preferably 7, carbon atoms; and p is 3, 2, 1 or 0, preferably 1 or 0; wherein in Formula (I) RG2, RG3, RG4, RG6 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, and residue (T): wherein it is preferred that RG2, RG3, RG4, and RG6 are each hydrogen or one of RG2, RG3, RG4, and RG6, in particular RG4, is a residue (T) and the other residues of RG2, RG3, RG4, and RG6 are each hydrogen, wherein in residue (T), the curvy bond marked by "(*)" is a direct bond to the structure of Formula (I); wherein in Formula (II) nRL is 1 or 0; and wherein in Formula (I) and (II), R3 is a monosaccharide, disaccharide or polysaccharide residue, which preferably comprises at least one sugar residue selected from the group consisting of glucose, rhamnose, galactose, fucose, fructose, and mannose.
