The invention discloses a working pressure monitoring and pressure data physical interaction system, which comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring tomato clock configuration information of a user, acquiring physiological signals of the user through a ring in the process that the user focuses on work, processing the acquired original data by using an algorithm, and calculating the pressure condition of the user, the pressure condition comprises a real-time calculated pressure value of the user and a pressure average value in the tomato clock. The real-time pressure condition is mapped to a transverse light strip of the equipment base. When each tomato clock ends, visual and auditory signals are used for reminding a user of completion of the tomato clock, and meanwhile, pressure data physics in the time period is achieved. By means of the system and the method, the working efficiency and the concentration degree of a user can be improved, the working duration of the user can be recorded, and meanwhile the user can pay attention to and adjust the working pressure in time and observe pressure condition changes under different working tasks. And a new thought is provided for pressure management and intelligent office.
