Fuente: WIPO "processing tomato" The present invention relates to a tomato processing device and a processing method thereof and, more specifically, to a processing device and a processing method using the device capable of forming vacuum for removing a skin of a tomato or injecting an effective component into the tomato. The present invention comprises: a solution for immersing the tomato; a body which accommodates the solution and forms the vacuum; a body cover which closes an upper side of the body and is rotatably fixed to the upper side of the body to be opened and closed; a net-shaped storage part which is accommodated in the body, is fixed to a lower side of the body cover, and stores the tomato; and a storage part cover which is provided in the body cover, seals an upper side of the storage part, and is opened and closed in the body cover. The present invention comprises: a process for injecting the tomato into the storage part in a state where the solution and the storage part are accommodated in the body; a process for closing the storage part cover and applying negative pressure; and a process for rotating the body cover to an upper side to withdraw the tomato from the storage part after releasing the negative pressure.
