The present invention relates to a tomato beverage manufacturing method with increased GABA content, wherein a configuration thereof comprises: a first step of inputting a mushroom medium into soil; a second step of sowing tomato seeds in the soil; a third step of germinating the tomato seeds; a fourth step of spraying GABA liquid fertilizer on the leaves of the tomato; a fifth step of harvesting the tomato; a sixth step of cutting into a thickness of 0.5-1.0 cm after washing the tomato; a seventh step of extracting juice from the crushed tomato raw material; an eighth step of packaging after aging the tomato beverage; and a ninth step of refrigerate-processing the packaged tomato beverage.
