The invention relates to the field of food processing, in particular to a raw material processing device for food processing. The technical problem is that the excessively cooked tomatoes become soft and collapsed, and when the tomatoes are peeled, part of the tomatoes are extremely easy to integrally become minced. And then the puncture needle drives the skin of the corresponding tomato to move along an arc-shaped track, so that most of the tomato on the skin of each tomato is peeled off.
