The invention discloses a preparation method of spiced tomato bean curd cubes, and belongs to the technical field of food preparation, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) grinding soybeans into powder; 2) adding crushed fruits and vegetables to obtain a mixture; (3) adding seasonings, and continuously mixing; (4) boxing and quickly freezing the mixture; and 5) packaging and warehousing. The soybean is ground into powder, the crushed fruits and vegetables and the seasonings are directly added, and the bean curd blocks can be obtained after boxing and freezing, so that the technological process is short, the processing efficiency is high, and the taste is also remarkably improved.
