The invention discloses a method for predicting the chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings and a processing terminal. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a hyperspectral image and a depth image of a living hydroponic tomato seedling; extracting reflectivity spectral data of the tomato seedlings through the hyperspectral image, and extracting appearance information data of the seedlings through the depth image; inputting the reflectivity spectrum data and the appearance information data into a trained prediction model to obtain the chlorophyll content of the tomato seedlings. The invention provides a method for predicting the chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings and a processing terminal, and aims at solving the problems that in an existing hyperspectral chlorophyll detection method, a method for detecting and tracking chlorophyll of living hydroponic tomato seedlings is lacked, and influences on different leaf areas such as mesophyll areas and vein areas are ignored. And an existing method cannot reflect the influence of appearance information on chlorophyll.
