The method for processing agricultural products, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: transferring at least one agricultural product accommodation unit in which tomatoes are accommodated to an injection position of a processing chamber, and connecting a guide rail and a joint rail to an injection rail; sealing the processing chamber; forming an infiltration space between tomato skins and contents; releasing a vacuum state of the processing chamber and stabilizing the processing chamber for a certain period of time, so that the agricultural products are recovered; supplying a mixed solution to the processing chamber and pressurizing the processing chamber for a certain period of time; maintaining pressurization of the processing chamber; and recovering the mixed solution filled in the processing chamber and withdrawing the agricultural product accommodation unit.
