The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, and particularly discloses a tomato disease resistance detection method, which comprises the following steps: collecting basic information of a target leaf, judging whether the leaf meets an inoculation condition according to the basic information of the target leaf, processing the basic information of all the leaves meeting the inoculation condition, and determining the disease resistance of the tomato. Judging whether the physiological statuses of the leaves are consistent or not, clipping the leaves with the consistent physiological statuses, and performing fusarium wilt inoculation; according to the method, the basic information of the leaf is collected and analyzed, and the physiological state of the leaf is judged based on the information, so that the leaf for an experiment has similar growth and development backgrounds, variation factors in the experiment are reduced, and the reliability of a result is improved; by using the concept of the spherical region, the leaves with consistent physiological status are determined, so that the similarity between the leaves can be quantified, and a clear standard is provided to select the inoculated leaves.
