The invention discloses a making method of tomato and red-core pitaya composite jam, the formula design is reasonable, the taste of the composite jam is further improved by processing tomatoes and pitaya and adding white granulated sugar, citric acid and pectin powder, meanwhile, the filling and sterilizing steps are beneficial to prolonging the shelf life of food, the composite jam prepared by the technical method provided by the invention not only retains the nutritional values of the tomatoes and the pitayas, reduces nutrient loss to the greatest extent, but also is smooth and fine in mouth feel, unique in flavor and easy to popularize to industrial scale production.
