The invention discloses intelligence-benefiting and brain-tonifying blend oil and a processing technology thereof. The intelligence-benefiting and brain-tonifying blend oil is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 4-9 parts of peanut oil, 3-5 parts of olive oil, 3-5 parts of pine-seed oil, 8-10 parts of walnut oil, 5-10 parts of sesame, 3-6 parts of apricot kernels, 3-6 parts of kelp, 3-5 parts of lotus seeds, 2-5 parts of pumpkin juice, 3-5 parts of tomato juice, 1-2 parts of an oily antioxidant, 0.5-1 part of citric acid, 0.1-0.2 part of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.3part of a dispersing agent and the balance of soybean oil. The blend oil processed by the processing technology disclosed by the invention has a fat-reducing function and an intelligence-benefiting function simultaneously, fat intake by human bodies can be reduced while the intelligence-benefiting and brain-tonifying effects are ensured, the suitable crowd of the blend oil is expanded, and the problems that some existing intelligence-benefiting and brain-tonifying blend oil adopts peanut oil and soybean oil as main materials, the peanut oil and the soybean oil contain a large amount of fatty acids, if the human bodies take the fatty acids too much, obesity and even hypertension are easily caused, and thus, the suitable crowd of the blend oil has limitations are solved.
