And culturing until the whole tomato substrate is full of cordyceps sinensis mycelia and even cordyceps sinensis sporocarp is grown. By implementing the preparation method, the tomatoes, the auxiliary materials and the cordyceps sinensis mycelia form a unique organic combination, and meanwhile, the nutrients and the effects of the tomatoes, the auxiliary materials and the cordyceps sinensis are integrated, so that the nutrition, the functions and the effects of the cordyceps sinensis are more prominent. The tomato is increased in value without limitation, the current situation that tomato deep processing products in the current market do not have characteristics and are poor in value-increasing effect is changed, the problem that the tomatoes come out after delivery is solved, development of tomato related industries is driven, new economic growth points are formed, and huge economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
