SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular, to the confectionery manufacture. Composition of a confectionery in the form of a bar based on sunflower seeds and honey contains sunflower seeds 45 kg, natural honey 35 kg, dried tomatoes 12 kg, rusk crumbs 8 kg. To prepare the product, the honey, rusk crumbs, sunflower seeds, and dried tomatoes are mixed, the resulting mass is shaped into a briquette with a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 cm, dried at room temperature, and cut into 40 g bars.
EFFECT: proposed composition of a confectionery expands the range of snack bar products, enriches the product with beneficial nutrients contained in the source materials, provides a high energy value and a pleasant taste of the product.
