The preparation method comprises the following steps: inoculating a fermentation culture medium to obtain an Altemara altemata XJ-FQ72 fermentation product, carrying out adsorption chromatography separation on the fermentation product to obtain the high-purity TeA, and producing the TeA with the concentration of 382.31 mu g/mL and the purity of 89.8%. The preparation method is simple, short in fermentation time and high in yield, the purity of the obtained TeA toxin is high, and the method is suitable for industrial production. The method provided by the invention effectively solves the industrial technical problem of how to prepare the high-purity TeA toxin standard substance with high yield, high purity and low cost.
