The invention relates to the technical field of double-protein products, in particular to a double-protein fermented product and a preparation method thereof. The double-protein fermented product comprises the following raw materials: animal protein, plant protein and a shielding component, the shielding component comprises a grease component and a flavor component in a mass ratio of (1-5): (5-10); the fatty acid content of the grease component is not less than 30%; the strains used in the fermentation process of the double-protein fermentation product are streptococcus thermophilus and lactobacillus bulgaricus. The double-protein fermented product provided by the invention is rich in animal protein and vegetable protein and rich in nutritional value, and meanwhile, shielding components and specific fermentation strains are adopted, so that the prepared double-protein dairy product is excellent in flavor and good in stability, has no bad flavor of vegetable protein and fermentation, and has important significance in the field of production of the double-protein dairy product.
