Double-layer dairy product and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a double-layer dairy product which comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the lower layer is a fermented dairy layer; the upper layer is an inflated dairy product layer; the inflated dairy product layer is prepared by stirring and inflating a mixture material; the expansion rate in stirring and inflation is 140-170%; the mixture material comprises fermented dairy, raw milk, white sugar and a stabilizing agent for inflating the dairy product layer; protein powder and single cream are added into the fermented dairy. The double-layer dairy product provided by the invention is conspicuous in layering and is good in taste.
