Compound fruit juice, preparation method thereof and dairy products containing the compound fruit juice

The present invention provides compound fruit juice. The content of total solid content of the compound fruit juice is 20%-40% and a pH value is 3.5-4.5. The prepared compound fruit juice consists of the following raw materials: raw material fruit juice higher than or equal to 15 %, a stabilizer at 1.5%-3.5%, buffer salt at 0.5%-2% and sweet materials at 10%-30%. The calcium content of the raw material fruit juice is lower than or equal to 4 mg/100 g, the content of pectin is lower than or equal to 0.1%. The stabilizer contains the pectin and the pectin in the stabilizer accounts for 1%-3% of the total amount of the raw materials. The buffer salt is polyphosphate and/or citrate. The compound fruit juice is low in viscosity and refreshing in tastes. The compound fruit juice is mixed with milk to prepare the dairy products and the dairy products have the thickness and delicate mouthfeel similar to those of stirred yogurt. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the compound fruit juice and the dairy products containing the compound fruit juice.
