The fragrance and nutritional ingredients of truffle are sufficiently preserved, the product is unique in flavor, easy to carry and convenient to eat, nutritional ingredients in the truffle can be more easily absorbed by people due to the fact that the truffle is treated into micro powder, the truffle utilization rate is sufficiently improved, and the effectiveness of the product is enhanced through reasonable collocation of the truffle and the olive oil.
