The spicy flavor prawn cakes are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of peeled prawns, 3-5 parts of sweet potato starch, 5-7 parts of corn meal, 8-12 parts of bread crumbs, 3-4 parts of olive oil, 7-9 parts of yellow cattle meat, 3-5 parts of table salt, 2-4 parts of white granulated sugar, 12-18 parts of mashed potatoes, 2-4 parts of dried chilies, 3-5 parts of Chinese prickly ash, 12-15 parts of celery, 1.2-1.5 parts of green onions, 1.5-1.8 parts of fresh gingers and 0.8-1 part of plant extract.
