The invention provides a solid hotpot condiment containing a camel thorn extract. The solid hotpot condiment mainly comprises 1.39-6.94% of maltodextrin, 0.46-6.94% of monosodium glutamate and 0.46-2.78% of table salt to a material vehicle, then enabling 2.78-13.89% of wheat starch to dissolve in water in the proportion of the wheat starch to the water being 1 to (10-12), performing curing to obtain pulp, then respectively adding 1.85-4.63% of fresh ginger which is pulped with a juice extractor, 3.24-15.52% of the camel thorn extract, 13.15-88.5% of olive oil and 1.39-4.63% of zanthoxylum oil,performing cooking once again, performing filtering, performing weighing, performing pouring to a whitewashing bucket, then pushing the material vehicle to a boiling pelletizer, and performing boiling over for preheating; performing whitewashing for the inner part of the material vehicle in the boiling pelletizer, at the same time, performing granulation, and performing freeze drying with a freeze drier so as to obtain the solid hotpot condiment containing a camel thorn extract. The prepared solid hotpot condiment containing a camel thorn extract is rich in nutrient components, and convenientto eat.
