The invention discloses silk noodles for postpartum women and a making method thereof. The silk noodles consist of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-110 parts of sweet potato starch, 13-15 parts of corn starch, 4-6 parts of chestnut powder, 10-15 parts of coarse rice powder, 10-15 parts of rice flour, 3-5 parts of notoginseng powder, 4-6 parts of donkey-hide glue powder, 5-8 parts of wolfberry-red date powder, 8-10 parts of high protein powder, 1.2-1.5 parts of raspberry, 1-1.5 parts of south dodder seed, 0.7-0.9 part of Chinese wolfberry root-bark, 1-2 parts of gorgon euryale seed, 3-4 parts of rhizoma saururi, 0.3-0.5 part of diverse wormwood herb, 1.5-2.5 parts of common rue herb root, 3-4 parts of zedoary, 3-4 parts of table salt, 5-7 parts of white sugar, 6-8 parts of oyster sauce and 25-30 parts of olive oil. The silk noodles do not contain alum, and are high in safety, smooth on the surface, soft in mouthfeel, and high in elasticity. Wolfberry powder, the notoginseng powder and the like have the effects of enhancing organic immunity, tonifying qi, enhancing vital essence, nourishing liver and kidney, resisting aging, quenching thirst and warming body. The high protein powder is used for supplementing protein energy. The wolfberry-red date powder has a good blood replenishing effect. The silk noodles are suitable for the postnatal women to eat.
