The selenium-enriched fresh ginger bread takes theselenium-enriched fresh ginger powder, the high-gluten flour and the glutinous rice flour as main raw materials, and the prepared selenium-enriched fresh ginger bread is crispy, palatable, fragrant and crispy in taste and has fresh ginger fragrance. The bread also contains important trace element selenium, rich proteins and dietary fibers.
