The invention relates to a screening method of efficient grease degradation bacteria. The method includes the steps of firstly, inoculating microorganisms, to be more specific, inoculating a bacterium-containing sludge water sample into an enrichment culture medium; secondly, culturing the microorganisms, to be more specific, transferring the microorganisms inoculated in the first step to a new enrichment culture medium every other 3-7 days, and performing continuous enrichment culture for 20-30 days to guarantee that the needed microorganism strains grow sufficiently; thirdly, taming the microorganisms, to be more specific, inoculating the bacterium solution after the enrichment culture in the second step into a gradient-increasing enrichment culture medium containing grease wastewater under shaking table conditions of 25-30 DEG C and 150-180rpm to perform gradient taming; fourthly, screening the microorganisms, to be more specific, selecting the strains with the transparent zone diameter (D)/colony diameter (d) ratio being larger than 2 as the grease degradation bacteria. Compared with the prior art, the screening method has the advantages that olive oil is added into the enrichment culture media, pH is controlled to be 7.2-7.4, the growth and enrichment of the grease degradation bacteria are benefited, and a foundation is laid for the subsequent strain screening and separation.
