The reinforcing steel bar spiral heating welding device comprises a long straight supporting table frame, propellers, an electric heater, a high-frequency coil and a hydraulic device, wherein the two propellers are arranged oppositely, the electric heater is arranged between the two propellers, the high-frequency coil isarranged on the electric heater, and the hydraulic device is arranged between the propellers and the electric heater; and the hydraulic device comprises a hydraulic pipe clamp. Accordingly, the invention provides a steel bar spiral heating welding method, two steel bars to be welded are inserted from the propellers, sequentially penetrate through the propellers and a guide steel pipe, and finallystretch into the high-frequency coil, and then the electrified heater is enabled to work; the propellers are started when the temperature is heated to a preset temperature, and the propellers are closed until the joint of the two steel bars to be welded forms an olive shape; the joints of the steel bars to be welded are moved to the hydraulic device, a hydraulic pump is started, and surplus reinforcing steel bars are extruded out; and finally, the hydraulic pump is used for returning oil, and the steel bar joints are quenched, so that welding is completed. The structure is simplified, consumable materials are reduced, and the welding efficiency is improved.
