The invention discloses a preparation method of soybean and tomato sauce. The sauce comprises the following components in parts by weight of 70-80 parts of tomatoes, 20-35 parts of soybeans, 5-10 parts of peanut kernels, 10-20 parts of flour, 8-16 parts of haws, 5-12 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 1-3 parts of bruised ginger, 1-3 parts of Chinese prickly ash, 5-15 parts of white granulated sugar, 2-4parts of white vinegar, 2-5 parts of table salt, 2-10 parts of minced onion, 1-3 parts of minced garlic, 1-3 parts of ground pepper, 5-12 parts of olive oil and 0.5-2 parts of chicken essence. The tomato sauce prepared by the method is red and yellow in color, and the soybean sauce with the tomato flavor is salty, fragrant and unique in taste and is green, additive-free, nutritional and healthy.
