Porridge with taxus chinensis, mushrooms and duck meat and making method of porridge

The invention relates to porridge with taxus chinensis, mushrooms and duck meat. The porridge comprises, by weight, 32-52 parts of millet, 5-10 parts of peanuts, 2-5 parts of oat, 3-6 parts of the mushrooms, 4-9 parts of the duck meat, 0.02-0.05 part of rice wine, 0.01-0.04 part of vinegar, 0.01-0.04 part of lemon juice, 0.05-0.08 part of table salt, 0.1-0.4 part of water chestnuts, 0.05-0.08 part of lotus plumule, 0.03-0.06 part of mangosteens, 0.06-0.09 part of osmanthus fragrans, 0.1-0.5 part of olive oil and 0.1 part of a traditional Chinese medicine extract. By adding the millet, the peanuts, the oat, the mushrooms, the duck meat, the water chestnuts, the lotus plumule, the mangosteens, the osmanthus fragrans and the like, taste of the porridge is enriched, nutrient ingredient of the porridge is increased, and flavor of the osmanthus fragrans of the finished porridge is obtained; by adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared form traditional Chinese medicine of the taxus chinensis and the like, the porridge has efficacies of cancer prevention, immunity boosting and the like.
