The pig feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 to 70 parts of wheat, 4 to 8 parts of sorghum bran, 12 to 18 parts of corn, 4 to 6 parts of rice bran, 4 to 8 parts of earthworm powder, 1 to 2 parts of grape seed powder, 0.5 to 1 part of fennel powder, 0.5 to 1 part of table salt, 4 to 8parts of mannan oligosaccharide, 1 to 3 parts of olive oil, 1 to 3 parts of fumaric acid, 0.1 to 0.2 part of cheese protein, 0.1 to 0.2 part of suckling pig multiplex vitamin, 0.1 to 0.2 part of stevioside and 1 to 3 parts of health care additives. The feed formula has the advantages that the raw materials are rich; the nutrition is sufficient; the growth demands of piglets can be met; through the addition of health care additives prepared from hericium erinaceus, folium artemisiae argyi, lotus plumule, fructus crataegi, gynostemma pentaphylla, shell of areca nut and endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, the effects of tonifying the spleen, stimulating the appetite, removing food retention, promoting appetite, preventing and treating diseases and the like are achieved; the diarrhea rate ofthe piglets can be effectively reduced; in addition, the digestibility of the feed is improved; the feed waste is avoided.
