The invention discloses a pickled jambalaya which is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 35-46 parts of peanut, 25-30 parts of white kidney beans, 15-23 parts of mung beans, 8-13 parts of mushroom, 4-9 parts of flammulina velutipes, 8-13 parts of pholiota nameko, 11-16 parts of kelp, 1-2 parts of olive oil, 3-6 parts of lard oil, 1-4 parts of beef tallow, 15-23 parts of cauliflower, 21-28 parts of wax gourds, 15-17 parts of pumpkins, 23-27 parts of potatoes, 15-24 parts of spinach, 14-18 parts of dried bamboo shoots, 9-16 parts of garlic, 8-14 parts of ginger and 5-8 parts of table salt. The product is fragrant, crisp and delicious, as well as rich in nutrition, and has better mouth feel.
