The nutrient sauce contains the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of beef, 15-40 parts of pork, 15-30 parts of olive oil, 10-25 parts of onions, 5-10 parts butter, 40-80 parts of tomatoes, 10-20 parts of asparagus, 5-20 parts of white mushrooms, 5-15 parts of carrots, 6-9 parts of table salt, 2-8 parts of white granulated sugar, 1-10 parts of black pepper, 10-20 parts of garlic, 1-8 parts of origanum majorana, 1-15 parts of salvia, 1-10 parts of rosemary, 2-10 parts of cumin, 1-6 parts of oregano leaves, 2-5 parts of basil, 1-2 parts of red kojic rice powder, 5-8 parts of arrowroot, 5-10 parts of polydextrose, 0.04-0.06 part of allicin and 0.07-0.08 part of epsilon- polylysine. The nutrient sauce is rich in nutrients and has delicious taste, raw materials are easily available, the preparation process is simple and convenient, particularly, the preparation cost is low, and the nutrient sauce is particularly applicable to spaghetti. Besides, the invention further provides a preparation method of the nutrient sauce. The preparation method is simple, feasible and easy to handle.
