Fecha de publicación: 10/04/2018 Fuente: Wipo Olive Table The invention discloses a method for preparing a compound feed for improving the quality of pork, wherein the method includes the following steps: crushing sweet sorghum, millet flour, puffed peanut meal, krill powder, sunflower seed meal, fermented tea seed meal, olive cakes, a kelp powder, dephenolized cottonseed meal and table salt, and mixing evenly to obtain a prefabricated material; adding medical stone powder, methionine, threonine, lysine, choline chloride, astragalus polysaccharide, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K3, an oat powder and a fish skin collagen compound into the prefabricated material, mixing evenly, adding water, steaming at high pressure, adjusting the water content of the system, carrying out spray drying, granulating, and drying to obtain the compound feed for improving the quality of pork. The fish skin collagen compound is prepared by the following process: dissolving fish skin collagen in an acetic acid solution, adding catechin, heating up, carrying out a reaction, carrying out reduced pressure concentration, and freeze-drying to obtain the fish skin collagen compound.
