The invention relates to a making method of dried pork slices in a honey sauce, and belongs to the technical field of processing of agricultural products. The making method comprises the following steps of cleaning 500g of lean pork, and grinding the cleaned lean pork into chopped meat with a meat grinder; adding 5-10g of table salt, 20-30g of yellow wine, 20-30g of white sugar, 10-20g of chicken essence, 30-40g of starch and 10-20g of olive oil to the chopped meat; adding 50g of clean water to the chopped meat, and performing uniform clockwise stirring; adding 50g of clean water once again, then adding 30-50g of white sesame seeds, and performing uniform clockwise stirring so as to obtain minced pork; spreading the minced pork onto tin paper, covering the spread minced pork with a preservative film, then flattening the minced pork, and controlling the thickness of the flattened minced pork to be 2-3mm; removing the preservative film, and brushing a layer of honey on the surface of the minced pork; putting the tin paper with the minced pork into an oven, controlling the temperature of the oven to be 160-180 DEG C, and performing roasting for 6-8min; and taking out the roasted minced pork, turning over the taken-out minced pork, brushing a layer of honey on the reverse side of the roasted minced pork, and then continuing putting the processed minced pork into the oven for roasting for 10-15min so as to obtain finished products. According to the making method disclosed by the invention, a specific making technology is adopted, so that the roasted dried pork slices are rich in fragrance, enable people to enjoy endless aftertastes when being put into mouths, and are convenient to make.
