The invention discloses a loach fertilizing method with a low cost and a high fertilization rate. The loach fertilizing method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing olive oil, zinc bacitracin, spirulina powder, seaweed meal, distiller's grains, honey, auricularia auricula polysaccharide, guar gum, konjac glucomannan, sucrose ester, table salt, compound vitamin, Chinese medicinal herbs, oxytocic hormone, and water to obtain a first prefabricated material; adding fish meal, silkworm chrysalis meal, fermented soybean meal, millet flour, snail powder, chrysanthemum meal and 1-3 parts of zeolite powder into the first prefabricated material, and mixing the materials uniformly to obtain a second prefabricated material; and performing feed deprivation on a female loach and a male loach for 40-50h, then feeding the loaches with the second fabricated material, and separating fertilized ova after empathema of the female and male loaches, egg laying by the female loach and natural mating of the female and male loaches. According to the method disclosed by the invention, by utilizing reproductive characteristics of loaches, loach eggs can be effectively facilitated for maturation, mature eggs can be laid effectively, the casualty rate of loach parents is reduced, and the fertilization rate is improved; and moreover, labors are saved, the labor efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
