The invention provides instant handmade noodles. The handmade noodles are boiled to be 80 percent cooked and then a seasoning is added according to the weight ratio of the handmade noodles to the seasoning of 1 : (0.2 to 0.3); after the handmade noodles and the seasoning are uniformly mixed, a mixture is vacuumized and packaged; the seasoning is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 3 parts of cooked olive oil, 3 to 5 parts of thick broad-bean sauce, 2 to 4 parts of minced lean meat, 4 to 6 parts of table salt, 1 to 2 parts of monosodium glutamate, 1 to 2 parts of chili powder, 1 to 2 parts of minced ginger, 1 to 2 parts of minced garlic and 3 to 6 parts of cooked peanut oil. The instant handmade noodles are convenient to carry and easy to cook, are delicious and easy to cook and contain no preservative.
