Hotpot seasoning with healthcare function and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a hotpot seasoning with a healthcare function and a preparation method thereof. The hotpot seasoning is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of olive oil, 25-35 parts of soybean oil, 15-25 parts of peanut oil, 10-20 parts of fermented soy beans, 5-15 parts of sesame, 6-8 parts of zanthoxylum powder, 4-6 parts of ground pepper, 3-5 parts of table salt, 1-3 parts of chicken essence and 6-8 parts of licorice extract and ginkgo leaf extract, wherein the weight part ratio of the licorice extract to the ginkgo leaf extract is (5-7):1. A preparation method of the licorice extract comprises the following steps: (S1) cleaning, drying and grinding licorice; (S2) performing heat reflux extraction in boiling water for 2-4 hours, filtering and collecting the filtrate; and (S3) performing concentration and spray drying of the filtrate to obtain the licorice extract. A preparation method of the ginkgo leaf extract comprises the following steps: (S1) cleaning, drying and grinding ginkgo leaves; (S2) performing heat reflux extraction in boiling water for 2-4 hours, filtering and collecting the filtrate; and (S3) performing concentration and spray drying of the filtrate to obtain the ginkgo leaf extract. The hotpot seasoning disclosed by the invention can improve the body immunity.
