According to the prepared halal beef particles, with addition of the sophora japonica linn, hawthorn, buds and other nutritional ingredients, while nutrition is rich, the mouthfeel is adjusted; the fresh tea leaves are adopted for steaming, so that pure and fresh tea fragrance is added, the halal beef particles are fragrant, sour, sweet and delicious; and with addition of various traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients, digestion-strengthening and stomach-invigorating functions are enhanced, and human body health is benefited.
