The invention relates to dumplings having function of reducing three highs (high blood fat, high blood pressure and high blood sugar) and a preparation method of the dumplings. Each dumpling having function of reducing three highs comprises a dumpling wrapper and dumpling stuffing, wherein the dumpling wrapper is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: wheat flour, plain flour and water; the dumpling stuffing is prepared from raw materials including food-grade konjac glucomannan, red kojic rice flour, hawthorn fruits, polygonatum, eucommia bark, gastrodia elata, American ginseng, membranous milkvetch roots, roxburgh roses, cassia seeds, fiveleaf gynostemma herbs, Chinese yams, lotus leaves, onions, mulberry leaves, lean meat, textured soybean protein, celery, olive oil, sesame oil, table salt, light soy sauce and monosodium glutamate; the specific preparation step is as follows: the dumpling in a quantitative specification is prepared from the dumpling wrapper and the dumpling stuffing by the aid of a machine or manually. The dumplings prepared with the method and having the function of reducing the three highs keep edible characteristics of dumplings, contain rich nutrient substances, meet daily diet demands of a human body and can well adjust blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar of people suffering from the three highs.
