The invention discloses duck egg and cream health noodles and a preparation method thereof. The duck egg and cream health noodles are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-5 parts of table salt, the balance being water, 200-220 parts of flour, 20-25 parts of soybean cake powder, 20-25 parts of shrimp meal, 9-10 parts of tangerine cakes, 5-7 parts of selenium-rich tea, 9-11 parts of duck egg liquid, 8-10 parts of olive oil, 4-6 parts of glutinous rice root hairs, 3-5 parts of cream, 10-12 parts of pig skins, 6-8 parts of coffee juice, 5-6 parts of phaeoporus obliquus, 9-13 parts of kiwi fruits, 7-9 parts of fresh schizonepeta, 10-13 parts of glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch juice, 9-11 parts of goat tripe, 1-2 parts of poria cocos, 1-2 parts of mint stems, 1-2 parts of angelica sinensis, 1-2 parts of paenoiae alba and 15-20 parts of nutritional liquid. According to the duck egg and cream health noodles, the goat tripe and the pig skins are immersed into the glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch juice and then are dried and grinded into powder so as to remove meat smell, and the taste is delicious; the noodles are high in elasticity, have smooth taste and are not stuck onto teeth; and the added traditional Chinese medicines have the effects of enriching and nourishing blood, repressing liver-yang and nourishing liver and relieving pains.
