The device comprises an upper die plate and a lower die plate which are parallel to eachother; a supporting plate, a male die, a material pressing plate and a table-shaped female die corresponding to the male die are sequentially arranged between the upper die plate and the lower die plate, the cross section of the male die is in the shape of an olive with two small ends and the convex middle, the length of the male die is not smaller than the width of a material plate, the materialpressing plate is provided with a port for passing of the male die, a blank holder spring is arranged between the material pressing plate and the supporting plate and located on the outer side of themale die, one side of the female die is provided with a movable positioning assembly, the middle of the upper surface of the lower die plate is provided with a female die port from which waste materials fall off when the male die is pressed, and the lower surface of the lower die plate is provided with a lower die assembly composed of the supporting plate and a base. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate and greatly improves sample preparing efficiency.
