The invention discloses colored spicy strips which are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-20 parts of flour, 20-22 parts of corn flour, 24-26 parts of glutinous rice flour, 14-16 parts of radix puerariae powder, 15-17 parts of semen coicis powder, 10-12 parts of amaranth, 8-10 parts of spinach, 3-4 parts of watermelon, 4-6 parts of table salt, 2-4 parts of white sugar, 8-10 parts of olive oil, 3-5 parts of garlic, 4-6 parts of Chinese prickly ash seeds, 9-11 parts of chilli powder, 8-10 parts of seed powder of Chinese prickly ash, 0.05-0.07 part of potassium sorbate, 0.08-0.1 part of sucrose fatty acid ester and 0.04-0.06 part of sodium dehydroacetate. For the colored spicy strips prepared by the steps of juicing, dough kneading, frying, puffing, frying and the like, dough kneading is performed on various vegetables and fruits with colors after juicing and various flours, so that the prepared spicy strips are rich in color and richer in nutrition by adopting natural food materials, and the sense and thus the appetite are improved; and by adopting the olive oil to fry the spicy strips, the content of harmful substances, caused by high-temperature frying, of the spicy strips is lowered. The prepared spicy strips is rich in color and nutrition and has certain health preservation effect at the same time.
