The invention relates to coconut-flavor curry bread which comprises wrapper and stuffing; the wrapper is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40 percent-60 percent of flour, 5 percent-10 percent of butter, 10 percent-20 percent of coconut milk, 5 percent-10 percent of water, 5 percent-10 percent of white sugar, 1 percent-5 percent of salt, 5 percent-10 percent of milkand 5 percent-10 percent of lard oil; the stuffing is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60 percent-70 percent of meat, 5 percent-15 percent of coconut meat, 10 percent-15 percent of carrots, 1 percent-5 percent of lard oil, 1 percent-3 percent of olive oil, 1 percent-5 percent of soy sauce, 1 percent-3 percent of chili peppers, 5 percent-10 percent of curry powder, 1 percent-5 percent of table salt, 2 percent-4 percent of white sugar, 0.5 percent-1 percent of cooking wine and 1 percent-2 percent of five spice powder. The coconut-flavor curry bread is scientific and reasonable in formula; coconut milk is added into the wrapper, so that the wrapper is full of coconut flavor; the meat, coconut meat and carrots are mixed into the stuffing, so that the mouthfeel is good, the taste is unique and delicious, and therefore, pursue, on delicious food, of the public is met. Moreover, after being steamed, the bottom surface of steamed stuffed bun is fried to be golden, so that the wrapper of the steamed suffered bun is crispy, and the mouthfeel is enriched.
