The invention discloses cedrela sinensis soybean milk powder for removing anti-nutritional factors through wheat, relating to the technical field of food processing. The cedrela sinensis soybean milk powder is mainly prepared from soybeans, wheat, fresh ginger, white hyacinth beans, olive leaves, tender leaves of cedrela sinensis, undaria pinnatifida, coix seed oil, beef flavor powder, whole milk powder, peanut oil, table vinegar and white granulated sugar. The cedrela sinensis soybean milk powder provided by the invention has good solubility, and the content of anti-nutritional factors, namely phytic acid, in the soybean milk powder is decreased, so that the utilization rates of nutrients such as proteins, mineral substances and energy are increased; by adding the fresh ginger into the soybean milk powder, the effects of promoting digestion and delaying aging are achieved; and besides, by adding the components such as cedrela sinensis and beef flavor powder, the taste of the soybean milk powder is improved, and the soybean milk powder is more accordant with popular taste.
