The invention discloses canned anchovy. The canned anchovy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 100 parts of anchovies, 15 to 20 parts of olive oil, 2 to 6 parts of cassava flour, 1 to 8 parts of plum wine, 1 to 2 parts of Laoganma, 1 to 2 parts of garlic bulbs, 0.5 to 5 parts of figs, 0.8 to 2 parts of leaf lard, 0.8 to 2 parts of light soy sauce, 0.5 to 0.8 part of avocadoes, 0.8 to 1.8 parts of aged vinegar, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of table salt, 0.5 to 1.2 parts of chicken essence, 0.5 to 1 part of chopped garlic, 0.5 to 1 part of fructus piperis, 0.2 to 1 part of honey, 0.2 to 0.5 part of fructus zanthoxyli, 0.2 to 0.5 part of red chilies and 0.05 to 0.08 part of spices. The prepared canned anchovy product has a delicious taste and a rich flavor and can stimulate appetite.
