The invention discloses a breakfast biscuit. The breakfast biscuit comprises, by weight, 45-55 kg of wheat flour, 10-15 kg of barley flour, 3-5 kg of walnut kernels, 0.5-0.8 kg of eggs, 0.3-0.5 kg of peanut powder, 1-2 kg of enzymatic hydrolysis wheat bran, 0.4-0.6 kg of herba dendrobii powder, 0.6-0.8 kg of sunflower seeds, 0.7-0.8 kg of table salt, 1-1.5 kg of honey, 0.6-0.8 kg of olive oil, 4-5 kg of peanut oil and 10-12 kg of milk. The breakfast biscuit has the advantages that nutrition breakfast contains abundant nutrition, and the breakfast biscuit has healthcare functions and is low in calorie and quite suitable to be eaten for a long time.
