The invention relates to brain-strengthening boiled dumplings and a preparation method thereof. The brain-strengthening boiled dumplings include boiled dumpling wrappers and a boiled dumpling stuffing; the boiled dumpling wrappers are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120-160 parts of wheat flour, 80-120 parts of all purpose flour and 100-140 parts of water; the boiled dumpling stuffing is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of walnut kernel, 30-60 parts of black sesame, 1-5 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 3-5 parts of gastrodia elata, 1-3 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, 1-3 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 1-3 parts of rhizoma anemones altaicae, 1-5 parts of fried jujube kernel, 1-3 parts of mulberry, 1-3 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10-20 parts of olive oil, 1-3 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 15-40 parts of deep sea fish oil, 200-400 parts of textured soybean proteins, 20-50 parts of sesame oil, 300-400 parts of celery, 1000-1600 parts of lean, 10-30 parts of table salt, 20-60 parts of light soy sauce and 5-20 parts of monosidum glutamate; the boiled dumplings with quantitative specification are prepared by wrapping the boiled dumpling wrappers and the boiled dumpling stuffing by machines or human; the prepared brain-strengthening boiled dumplings can keep the edible characteristics of boiled dumplings, also increase rich nutrient substances, are capable of strengthening and tonifying brains, especially are suitable for children, students, old people and other mental workers to eat, and have a certain assistant role for prevention of senile dementia and brain atrophy.
